An emotional video titled ‘I’m Coming Out’ broke the internet and garnered 32 million views. In this video, beauty vlogger Nikkie de Jager, also known as NikkieTutorials on her YouTube channel, revealed her identity as a transgender person for the first time. It was in an episode of ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ when this Dutch makeup artist conducted her first interview after the announcement of the truth of her life. She sat down with Ellen DeGeneres to discuss her journey of life as a transgender person. She reported on the show – it was the blackmailing that forced her to come forward with her story earlier than she had planned.
The insight story
In the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Nikkie said that she received emails from a particular person a couple of weeks ago. He was not okay with this news and threatened to expose her to the internet. He had a very pressurizing tone of voice. He had already convinced himself that Nikkie was lying to him. He said that if she doesn’t come out clean by tomorrow, he will take it out on the press. Nikkie said it felt like his entire goal of life was to destroy her life, but luckily that didn’t happen. She saved herself like a true survivor.
After this, Ellen asked the YouTuber if she would have revealed her sexuality if he had not blackmailed her. Nikkie recalled that she was crying when she uploaded the video and her fiancé, Dylan was encouraging her at every step. De Jagger accepted that she always tried to come out with it, but it was always difficult for her to find the perfect timing to do it in the past.
Well, it is not wrong in saying that there is never a perfect timing for anything, so do it at the moment. Now the torture is over for Nikkie; she is free!

Even though there are a few interviews that circulated after this episode in which Nikkie expressed the way she was treated at Ellen’s show, but she still thanked her after the interview was done.
