Ritz-Carlton’s New Cruise Liner Offers Luxurious Sailing Experience

The Ritz-Carlton’s luxury cruise makes booking your next getaway a whole lot easier. Called the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, the cruise liner will only hold 298 passengers. Each yacht will feature a restaurant with a three Michelin star chef, a spa, two penthouses, 149 suites, and much more. The boat even boasts about as many staff members as guests. Each suite comes with a personal concierge, who will help ensure every detail of your trip is perfect. From helping you book dinner reservations to organizing your itinerary at each destination, your concierge will ensure you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your trip without fretting about the details.

You can set sail for seven to 10 days aboard the luxury liner to locations across Europe, the Mediterranean, Latin America, the Caribbean, and more. Because the ship is small, it will also be able to dock at locations often not accessible by larger ships. When you dock at a port, the Ritz offers a variety of exciting experiences to help you become immersed in the local culture with once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The upcoming sailing season features a variety of exciting destinations. You can sail through the Mediterranean with ports in the Greek Isles and Côte d’Azur. In the Americas, you can sail through Trinidad and Tobago or visit the Saint Lawrence seaways in Québec and Montréal.

While traveling between destinations, you’re sure to find something to do aboard the ship. You can enjoy pools, a variety of different restaurant and food options, cocktail lounges, nighttime entertainment, boutiques, a gym, and a marina terrace.

To design the boat, The Ritz-Carlton teamed up with Tillberg Design, a Swedish cruise ship design company. The company also helped design the Norwegian Cruise Line. The company has reportedly been working on the Ritz-Carlton’s luxury liner for a number of years.

According to The Ritz-Carton’s President and COO, Herve Humler, although it will be one of the smallest cruise liners, the ship will offer one of the most luxury experiences on the market. The company says they’re hoping to appeal to consumers who might not necessarily consider going on a cruise, but would be highly interested in a luxury yacht experience.

Hermer says that collaborations with locals at different cruise locations will allow passengers to become immersed in a cultural experience while onboard and ashore. The first yacht will set sail in April 2021. Spots are sure to fill up fast, so be sure to book your stay soon or learn more about the luxury cruise liner at The Ritz-Carlton’s website.
